Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Class 3 level trucks to deliver and pick up waste from client sites (such as used oil, anti-freeze, and related products).
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met to their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Safety-Kleen products and services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Manage daily routes and ensure compliance with schedules while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 3 license with operating experience highly preferred (manual transmission would be a significant asset).
- Possess a "hunter" mentality - enjoys building relationships and confidence to execute sales tactics.
- Must be determined and assertive with strong organizational skills.
- Vacuum truck operating experience is a strong asset but not required.
- B2B route sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Environmental Services/Hazardous waste experience is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
- Clean driving record.
