About the Role
We are a fast-growing media company at the intersection of finance and media — one of the most exciting spaces to be in today. We're looking for a driven, ambitious, early-career individual to work directly with our CEO as an Executive Assistant.
This is not a typical “assistant” role. You'll be embedded at the highest level of the business, gain exposure to public relations, social media strategy, business development, and executive decision-making. You'll wear many hats and learn fast. For the right person, this is a career-launching opportunity.
What You'll Do
Work directly with the CEO as their right hand
Provide public relations support: help with outreach, research, and pitching opportunities
Assist with social media strategy and coordination: content planning, posting, and analytics
Support business development initiatives: research leads, prep materials, coordinate meetings
Handle executive assistant tasks: manage email, calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups
Take on diverse, exciting projects that change week to week — no two days are the same
Who You Are
Ambitious, eager, and hungry to prove yourself early in your career
Young professional or recent grad
Incredibly hard-working and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Interested in media, finance, PR, or marketing
Based in Vancouver, BC (this is a hybrid remote role)
What We Offer
Compensation that beats all your peers — we pay top-of-market for the right candidate
Direct access to the CEO and C-level decision-making
A crash course in PR, marketing, business development, and executive management
Huge growth potential: this role is a launchpad to full-time public relations, marketing strategy, or sales positions within the company
A seat inside a fast-growing company working at the cutting edge of finance and media
Who This Role is For
This is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to skip the slow corporate ladder and jump straight into a high-responsibility role where you'll learn by doing. If you're ambitious, resourceful, and ready to work harder than your peers, you will be rewarded — in both pay and career growth.
