The Role

Were seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a hands-on marketer with a get it done attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and are eager to learn all facets of marketing and communications. You are a creative self-starter and problem-solver who isnt afraid to leverage
new technologies (from analytics to AI tools) to drive results.

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand & Events, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales, etc.) to execute innovative marketing initiatives. You take ownership of projects, communicate effectively, and use data to make decisions. If you excel at juggling multiple projects, building relationships, and adapting quickly, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Trusscore Samples and Merchandising Program:
    Oversee and report on the Trusscore samples and merchandising program, collaborating with the production,
    finance, and sales operations teams to manage
    inventory and distribution (including
    vendors and Amazon). Ensure customers have a seamless brand experience, receiving samples and merchandising on time and within budget. Continuously innovate to improve program efficiency, reporting, and budget management.
  • Coordinate Tradeshows and Events:
    Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external events, trade shows, and meetings. Manage marketing assets and displays, shipping and travel arrangements, and event budgets. Work closely with the sales team on lead collection and ensure each event is executed seamlessly and professionally.
  • SWAGProgram Management:
    Manage the companys promotional merchandise (SWAG) program and internal team store. Collaborate with sales and external vendors to identify needs, place orders, and maintain inventory all while staying within budget. Provide quarterly reports on usage and ensure our swag delights both customers and employees.
  • Vendor Management:
    Liaise with external vendors (printers, event agencies, etc.) to support various marketing activities. Build excellent working relationships for efficient collaboration, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and are delivered on time.
  • Expense Tracking and Reporting:
    Oversee the marketing teams expenses and budgeting administration. Manage team credit card purchases and monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies
  • Cross-Team Support:
    Provide additional marketing support as needed across the team. Jump in on new projects and campaignswhether assisting with a digital marketing initiative, coordinating a last-minute event, or contributing to content creationdemonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Customer Success:
    Champion a customer-centric mindset in all marketing efforts. Help both internal stakeholders and external customers succeed with Trusscore. Engage with our community and turn positive customer experiences into testimonials and enthusiastic brand evangelists.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Netsuite, AI platforms, Canva, and digital asset and content management systems is a plus.
  • Project Management & Organization: You have experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and are a master at multi-tasking with strong time- and project-management skills.
  • Digital Marketing Savvy:
    Experience with digital marketing tools and channels e.g., social media management, email marketing, content management systems (website/blog), and basic SEO/SEM understanding. Experience with marketing automation or CRM software is a plus.
  • Desire to Learn: Enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools, including AI technologies and emerging digital marketing platforms. Ability to adapt to new software and leverage
    cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows, improve data analysis, and enhance creativity.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
    Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable. You excel in problem-solving and are open to direction and constructive feedback. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Event Coordination: Prior experience in event coordination or tradeshow management is advantageous.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You have a positive attitude, are friendly, work well under multiple and changing priorities and deadlines, and are open to feedback. You can foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
