  • Develop and execute the full commercial marketing strategy—aligning with national goals and scaling across verticals and regions
  • Own campaign performance across multiple digital and offline channels including SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, PMAX), events, email, and content marketing
  • Build and optimize CRM-based lead management workflows that drive nurturing, segmentation, and personalized communication
  • Design and launch targeted content and email journeys that align with key stages in the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with Residential Marketing to ensure commercial priorities are represented in shared digital channels
  • Lead field and event marketing strategy to build regional awareness and generate high-quality leads
  • Partner with Franchise Partners and field teams to activate local marketing strategies and amplify growth at the ground level
  • Test, learn, and scale—using data to drive decisions and improve metrics like CAC, ROAS, MQL/SQL conversion, and pipeline velocity
  • Report on commercial marketing performance and budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a small but mighty team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of B2B growth or performance marketing experience—preferably in SMB, commercial services, or distributed/franchise environments
  • A proven ability to build and scale marketing programs from scratch, with full-funnel ownership across acquisition, nurturing, and retention
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle email
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and end-to-end lead flow across marketing and sales functions
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline stages) and a track record of improving them
  • Skilled collaborator—experienced working with Sales, Field, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver aligned outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial energy—you thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy roles where you get to both strategize and execute
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills—you can clearly articulate vision and inspire action across teams
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a franchise, multi-location, or hybrid business model
