About Us:
At MPS Executive Suites, we create more than just workspaces - we build environments where professionals and businesses can truly thrive. As we grow, we're looking for someone to grow with us: a creative, motivated, people-oriented team member who wants to make a real impact and build a strong foundation in both marketing and client experience.
We're looking for someone ready to do meaningful, creative work - and grow along with us.
The Role:
We're hiring a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator - a unique, dynamic role perfect for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, variety, and a seat at the table.
You'll lead the execution of our day-to-day marketing efforts, help shape our brand voice, and collaborate directly with leadership on strategies to grow our presence and impact. At the same time, you'll be part of our client experience team, supporting a welcoming, polished environment for members and visitors, and providing occasional backup for phones or the front desk as needed.
This is not a siloed junior role where you're stuck doing the same thing every day. It's a chance to build a foundation, learn how all parts of a business connect, and be part of a small but mighty team working together to grow something special.
What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing & Creative (Primary Focus - 60%):
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram + LinkedIn): create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with our brand.
  • Design and update marketing materials (flyers, sales decks, business cards, signage, etc.).
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaign ideas, creative strategy, and new ways to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Provide input and feedback - we want your ideas, not just your execution.
  • Track and share performance insights to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate on event promotion, community engagement campaigns, and other creative initiatives.
Client Experience & Admin (Support Role - 40%):
  • Assist our Client Experience Specialist - helping greet guests, manage occasional client needs, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Provide support with incoming calls - stepping in when needed to ensure a professional and friendly voice on the line.
  • Help with occasional light admin or office coordination tasks.
  • Act as an internal brand ambassador, helping create a consistent, high-quality client experience that matches what we promote externally.

Who This Is For:
You're early in your career - maybe you've had one or two roles, or maybe you're coming out of post-secondary school with a Marketing designation - but you know you're ready for more than just a task list. You're creative, curious, and excited to contribute to something bigger. You want:
  • To be part of a team that collaborates, not competes.
  • To have a voice and contribute ideas, not just carry out orders.
  • To grow your skills in marketing, business, and client experience, and see how they all connect.
  • To work in a professional, supportive environment where you're encouraged to show initiative and learn every day.
What You Bring:
  • Strong sense of visual design and brand consistency.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarConfidence and experience with social media (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).
  • An understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing principles, and how messaging and strategy can shift depending on the audience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills - clear, engaging, and polished.
  • Professional presence and people skills - you're someone who cares about how things look, feel, and function.
  • Curiosity, energy, and a proactive attitude - you like to solve problems and get things done.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
What We Offer:
  • Real career-building experience in both marketing and business operations.
  • A seat at the table: your ideas, input, and creativity will be heard and valued.
  • Support and mentorship from a leadership team that wants to help you grow.
  • A professional but down-to-earth culture - we work hard, support each other, and care about doing things right.
  • Good benefits, a supportive in-office culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $46,000 - $52,000 - depending on experience and skills. Candidates at the lower end may be recent grads or have about a year of relevant experience (e.g., internships, admin support, or freelance creative work). Candidates at the higher end may bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, social media, or front-of-house support. Strong skills in design, writing, or branding are a definite plus.
To Apply:
Please send us your resume, a short cover letter sharing why this role excites you, and samples of your creative work - whether it's social media content, graphics, or marketing pieces. We'd love to get a feel for your style and personality.
