The Role:
- Reaching out to new prospects through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Supporting a seasoned Director of Business Development on sales strategy and pipeline growth
- Attending industry events, networking functions, and conferences
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and helping nurture new relationships
- Researching potential clients, projects, and market opportunities
- Representing the brand in the community with confidence and energy
- Someone outgoing, personable, and comfortable in conversations (especially on the phone)
- A self-starter who's motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
- Someone who doesn't get discouraged easily and comfortable with hearing “no”
- Curious about the design, real estate, or professional services world
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a business or sales-facing role
- Bonus: Any exposure to commercial interiors, CRE, architecture, or sales is a plus but not required
