About the Role:

Reporting

The Avionics Manufacturing Technician reports directly to the Avionics Manufacturing Manager, the Director of Avionics/Manufacturing will be the direct report in absent of a manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
  • Promote company values, vision and mission.
  • Build quality product, show capability and responsiveness for Avmax production.
  • Carry out fabrication of electrical wire harness assemblies.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and personal awareness for workmanship with no errors.
  • Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience in the field.
