Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present BathTune-up services and solutions confidently and professionally
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
- Earn Commission by winning the project through effective communication and closing skills.
- Paid per appointment attended
- 8% Comission on total project value for every closed sale.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail. Previous experience in sales, preferably in home renovation or construction industry
- Computer and smartphone proficient
- Strong Canadian English accent( clear communication is essential)
- Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
