Primary responsibility is implementation and optimization of small to mid-sized budget campaigns and to practice fluid media execution while relaying rationale to support shifts to internal teams. Secondary responsibilities may include creating and presenting learnings, results, and platform knowledge to internal teams. The role will also require developing strategies for existing clients while also providing support for RFPs and contributing to broader internal strategy initiative.

- This role requires in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in our Markham office located at 60 Columbia Way, Markham, Ontario, L3R 0C9
Who you are
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search / paid social / display / video / programmatic campaigns.
- Agency background in performance media preferred.
- Good communication skills. Understanding of how to distill message to its key points.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads / Meta / TikTok / and other social platformsfeatures and how they can be effectively integrated into campaigns.
- Good understanding of planning and buying across all programmatic channels (Video/Display/DOOH).
What you will do
- Campaign execution, monitoring and reporting across various digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with various vendors, working closely to optimize budget and drive performance.
- Collaborate across accounts with other media team members to provide the internal account team with a holistic view of the clients digital footprint and guide a better understanding of how each media channel interacts with each other.
- Oversee channel(s) budget and performance including reporting. This may include some work within Looker.
- Perform ongoing campaign monitoring.
- Perform ongoing media research on the media landscape and trends to ensure campaigns are maximizing platform opportunities.
- Manages various spend levels across all digital media platforms currently leveraged by the agency (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc)
