As we expand, we're seeking a highly motivated Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify mainly commercial prospects throughout your territory (All of Cape Breton as well as parts of the mainland)

• Initiate contact with decision‐makers (facility managers, property owners, business owners)

• Schedule appointments and site walks for our operations team

• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and outcomes in our CRM

• Collaborate with our marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotions

• Hit monthly lead‐generation targets to drive revenue growth

• 15% Commission on all closed sales (residential & commercial)

• Territory Support: Company‐provided fleet gas card for travel expenses

• Monthly Allowances: $50 cell‐phone stipend + $20 home‐internet stipend

• Tools Provided: CRM access, branded materials, and full product training

• Flexible Schedule: Work from home and set your own hours—perfect for self‐starters

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably commission‐based

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self‐motivated with excellent organizational abilities

• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Jobber experience is a plus)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
