Sales Operations & Reporting Assistant
Location: King City, ON (34 days/week in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $45,000$55,000 base salary + benefits
About the Opportunity
Our client is a purpose-driven food company known for its high-quality products and vertically integrated operations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Operations & Reporting Assistant to support the sales team with data analysis, system maintenance, and operational efficiency.
This is a detail-oriented and technical role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, Excel-savvy, and passionate about optimizing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Operations
- Assist with daily sales operations including beef allocation and sales order processing
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment
- Support ERP system entries and ensure data accuracy for allocations and transactions
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain and improve Excel-based tools and dashboards for internal use
- Analyze sales, inventory, and production data to identify discrepancies or trends
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales and inventory performance reports
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, visualizations)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Previous experience in sales support, data analysis, or an operational admin role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Background in agri-food, meat processing, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with sales allocation workflows or inventory management
