Reporting to the Vice-President on the Integrated & Brand Marketing team, this role plays a key role in supporting the revenue generation from Tribute (In Memory, In Honour, Grateful Hearts, Labour of Love, Cards), Staff Lottery, Monthly Donor and Leadership programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the delivery of programs and revenue delivery by developing a thorough understanding of the strategies, priorities and plans for each fiscal year
Be the trusted go-to project owner on whom partners (writers, designers, tech developers) can rely to provide clarity on project / program objectives and key details
Lead the review and feedback process of all creative and digital development, consolidating internal feedback into clear, concise direction for partners to action
Team lead for project / tactic workback schedules, helping to keep all stakeholders on track to ensure deadlines are met; proactively looking for solutions when deadlines are at risk, communicating risks and recommendations to the Vice-President, as required
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns – IT, Donor Experience, Finance, agency partners
Leads cross functional meetings related to owned projects
Monitor and regularly report on revenue performance and understand the key drivers for performance; proactively suggest additional marketing activity that can help drive revenue, when required
Ensuring donors receive accurate and appropriate acknowledgement, stewardship reports, payment renewal letters and thank you calls
Regularly monitor and report on competitor activity to ensure we are aligned with best practices
Proactively review processes, procedures and operations to look for efficiencies and ensure implementation of best practices
Responsible for setting up, organizing and maintaining clean, easy to find program files in Sharepoint
Other fundraising projects as required.
Back-up for Reception
Requires presence in office to provide coverage on an as-needed basis
Providing superior donor support; handling donor requests and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of recent, related experience, preferably in a large, dynamic not-for-profit environment. Exposure to fundraising, healthcare or agency environments is an asset
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Excellent project management skills, having managed the delivery of marketing projects both online and offline
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online) and the Microsoft Office Suite; monday.com knowledge is an asset
Strong comfort with numbers and data; possesses a curiosity to dig deeper for answers or questions
Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize; works with a sense of urgency
Resourceful self-starter who can troubleshoot and problem solve independently, using sound judgement
Solid understanding of donor/client stewardship, fundraising fundamentals preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly in a tactful and professional manner in person, email, and by phone

This role has been evaluated with a salary range of $64,004 to $80,005. The hiring range is $64,004 to $69,537.
Sinai Health Foundation is a hybrid workplace, located in downtown Toronto. Currently, all employees are in-office on Tuesdays for the Foundation's “anchor day”, as well as approximately 24 additional in-person corporate meetings, events or activities annually. Additional in-person requirements vary by team and job function. Our Workplace Flexibility policy is reviewed on a bi-annual basis to ensure the current state of hybrid work is meeting our organizational needs.
