Wonder Auto Centres, Avonlea court is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our technicians, service team, and reconditioning process. Wonder Auto Centres (part of Shift Auto Group) are a premier automotive retail repair shop, dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. As a Parts Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our technicians, service department, and inventory operations—ensuring that the right parts are in the right place, at the right time. You'll also be responsible for managing reconditioning videos and overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing parts to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuote and supply parts for used vehicle reconditioning
Manage reconditioning video creation and communication
Respond to retail and wholesale parts inquiries
Create, manage, and close parts quotes and invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing parts orders and returns
Maintain accurate inventory and organize stock
Work with the Used Car Department on reconditioning quotes
Create technician work orders and assign jobs
What You Bring to the Role Experience in an automotive parts or service environment (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive, team-first attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting Basic computer proficiency, including inventory and video management systems
This position offers an hourly wage of $20–$22, based on experience, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (no evenings or weekends required)
