MAKE AN IMPACT THAT MATTERS
We're looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this impactful role, you'll support the strategy, design, and delivery of learning programs that build capability, support change, and drive growth across the firm.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to create targeted, engaging learning solutions—from professional and leadership development to technical and blended learning programs. Whether facilitating training, coordinating projects, or improving systems, your work will help shape a culture of continuous learning.
If you're passionate about helping others grow, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring strong project coordination and communication skills, this is your opportunity to make learning matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and design targeted, best-in-class learning strategies and solutions
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to help design clear, practical learning programs, materials, and job-aids
- Support the development and maintenance of blended learning programs, in partnership with technical experts
- Support the design and development of core leadership and professional skills learning programs
- Support firm-wide change management, including stakeholder analysis and training delivery
- Project planning and coordination, including scoping, scheduling, and other administrative aspects
- Administration of the Learning Management System and other L&D databases
- Facilitate internal training sessions
- Collaborate with other support functions in the firm on shared priorities, knowledge management, and process improvement
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or instructional design role, with strong preference for client services environments
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, amplified by an approach that is equally pragmatic and creative
- Curious and adaptable mindset with a service orientation (wants to figure out the best way to help others)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information without oversimplifying
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate or equivalent); experience with an LMS a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across projects, with a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
WHY HH ANGUS
- Hybrid and flexible work options
- Defined career path and mentorship support
- Meaningful projects with real-world impact
- Comprehensive benefits, wellness programs, and professional development
- Inclusive, collaborative culture where your voice matters
