Role Responsibilities

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems and provide feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline communication and solve customer challenges.
  • Adhere to established protocols and quality standards while delivering consistent and dependable support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest upsell options where applicable.
Skills Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Good communication skills with both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Good problem-solving capabilities to navigate and resolve diverse customer issues.
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, especially in a remote setting.
  • Experience serving a diverse Canadian customer base.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel support platforms and remote working tools.
