Hey Social Media Managers — Ready to grow a conscious movement, one post at a time?

I'm Nate Ginsburg—serial entrepreneur, founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in several online businesses.

Now, I'm on a mission to build something more soulful.

We're growing a community of conscious entrepreneurs and creatives rooted in Austin (and quickly expanding). And we're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help shape our voice, grow and engage our Instagram audience, and attract more aligned humans into our orbit.

This is a 20-hour/week contract role with real room to grow. If we vibe—and you drive results—bigger things are ahead.

Location: North & South America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our Instagram presence
  • Advise on content strategy, brand voice, and visual aesthetic
  • Create and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories using repurposed video and written event content
  • Engage authentically with our audience via comments and DMs
  • Tap into our existing audience lists and community connections to promote events
  • Track content performance and report insights—what's working, what's not

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Proven success managing and growing community-focused Instagram accounts
  • Deep knowledge of trends in wellness, entrepreneurship, events, and conscious living
  • Strong branding instincts and a feel for organic, visually compelling content
  • Proactive communicator who takes initiative and follows through
  • Curious mindset—you test, iterate, and improve based on results
  • Bonus: You know the Austin scene or have your finger on the pulse of the U.S. wellness space
