• Responsible for maintaining spare / repair parts, ordering inventory, and ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the day-to-day machine operations.
• Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance or perform emergency repairs on machines.
• Responsible for maintaining bakery packaging equipment, including baggers, tub lines, and other packing machines.
• Among other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma requirement; and an Industrial/Mechanic/Facilities/Electrical Maintenance Degree or similar background schooling.
• Proven experience as Maintenance Technician or Similar Role for a Minimum of 2 years.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
• Able to report to a day shift (8.00 AM – 4.00 PM).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
