We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of civil litigation experience, with employment law experience considered an asset but not mandatory. You will support our lawyers with a variety of legal administrative tasks, ensuring efficient case management and court filings. The position is primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work arrangements depending on operational needs.

The right candidate will:

- have a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law experience is an asset but not required)

- be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and taking dictation

- have experience with court filing portals (My Ontario Account, Civil Claims Online)

- have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and collaborate closely with lawyers and clients, providing high levels of professionalism and confidentiality

- have some familiarity with cloud-based file management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
