We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, support team development, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes. Please note, this is a temporary position with exciting potential to become a long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs. The pay rate for this position is $26-$27/hour. The role is located in the heart of Mississauga, offering easy access and a great work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise and support warehouse staff to meet performance, accuracy, and safety goals
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify shipping documents
• Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Schedule, train, and cross-train team members as needed
• Complete data entry and reporting tasks using warehouse systems

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong computer literacy; familiar with WMS and RF scanner use
• Certified to operate Reach, Order Picker, Counterbalance (electric), and Walkie forklifts
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training
• Reliable with an excellent attendance record
