Work Location: Native Shoes is a hybrid organization with the head office located in Railtown in Vancouver, BC. This job is an on-site position with shifts taking place at the office between 3 to 5 days per week.

Who is Native looking for?
Were seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to support our team and maintain a well-run, welcoming office environment. This is a permanent part-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic atmosphere, enjoys behind-the-scenes coordination, and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks.
This role is a key part of ensuring our office space reflects our valueswell-organized, warm, and thoughtfully run.
What would I be responsible for?
- Be the face of the company by greeting visitors, supporting front desk duties, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming workspace that reflects our culture and values,
- Monitor and restock kitchen items, office supplies, and stationery,
- Coordinate courier shipments and manage incoming/outgoing mail,
- Liaise with office service providers, using sound judgment and resourcefulness to resolve any issues that arise,
- Track and reconcile office-related expenses, ensuring timely submission of expense reports and accurate record-keeping,
- Manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure stock levels meet team needs,
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access setup/removal, equipment provisioning, and orientation scheduling,
- Coordinate details for virtual and in-person events, including agendas, catering, venue booking, and materials preparation,
- Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
Preferred Experience
- 13 years of experience in an office coordination, admin, or hospitality role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing needs
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Bonus: experience working in a creative or retail office environment
Compensation
This role is expected to be compensated between $20 - $23/hour, depending on experience and job-related qualifications.
