Key Responsibilities:
- Drive capital equipment and aftermarket sales for LASTA products across North America.
- Visit end-user offices and mine sites to offer technical support, foster new relationships, and strengthen existing ones.
- Engage with engineering firms to identify upcoming project opportunities.
- Collaborate and travel with Ishigaki representatives and internal team members to support sales initiatives.
- Review incoming equipment RFQs, determine appropriate sizing, and prepare proposals, bids, data sheets, and other required documentation.
- Expand aftermarket sales, including parts and filter cloth.
- Promote Screw Press capital equipment sales for municipal and industrial applications.
- Coordinate with Ishigaki reps to identify and pursue new project leads.
- Assess the need for pilot testing and determine appropriate equipment sizing.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with engineering firms as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in Sales is required. Capital equipment Sales experience is helpful.
- Knowledge or experience in filtration systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Willing to travel ~ 40% of the time
