Job Overview:

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate has experience with both manual and automatic presses, is passionate about quality, and thrives in a fast-paced, custom apparel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of manual and automatic screen printing on garments
• Burn and reclaim screens, mix custom inks
• Set up and break down multi-colour jobs efficiently
• Inspect prints for alignment, consistency, and overall quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on garment screen printing experience (manual & auto)
• Strong knowledge of screen prep, emulsion, curing, mesh counts, etc.
• Experience mixing plastisol and/or water-based inks by hand
• Excellent attention to detail and print quality
• Ability to manage multiple jobs independently
• Preferred: experience in fast-turn custom apparel production
• Bonus: familiarity with embroidery or heat transfer workflows

What We Offer:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)
• Maximum 40 hours/week
• Stable role in a clean, organized, and respected shop
