Professional Applicator

Our company supplies customers with high-quality products across fertilizer, seed, crop protection, and agronomic services. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Professional Custom Applicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dry fertilizer and crop protection application equipment with professionalism and care.
• Ensure accurate and timely product delivery to support a positive customer experience.
• Maintain equipment to optimize efficiency, enhance accuracy, and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with agronomists and operations staff to deliver effective solutions and outstanding customer service.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a team-focused mindset
• Agricultural experience and possession of an AZ or DZ license considered an asset
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset; interest in learning and developing technical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively
• Capable of assisting with routine preventive maintenance on equipment
