- Responsible for managing and executing commercial glazing projects from start to finish.
- Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.
- Emphasize client satisfaction, risk management, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all phases of commercial glazing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, identify critical milestones, and align resources accordingly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication on project status, risks, and updates.
- Manage and track project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and documentation.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment; ensure timely procurement and availability of resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns, or safety issues; implement contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through effective quality control measures.
- Enforce job site safety protocols and compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation including contracts, drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Lead project teams including estimators, engineers, fabricators, and field staff; foster collaboration and support.
- Provide status updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for process and performance improvement.

- Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met.

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or Gold Seal Certification are considered strong assets.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in glazing, curtain wall, or building envelope systems.
