Key Responsibilities of Job:

• Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the back-end team to deliver high-quality work.

  • Act as a strong leader whom team members respect and follow.

  • Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks effectively.

• Operations Oversight

  • Oversee all back-end workflows including preparation, installation, and delivery processes.

  • Coordinate with the front-end team to ensure seamless customer service and job flow.

  • Monitor workflow to avoid bottlenecks and maintain efficiency.

• Quality Control

  • Perform regular quality checks on all vehicles before delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

• Problem Solving

  • Address and resolve operational challenges as they arise.

  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, or performance issues professionally.

• Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, team performance, and any incidents.

  • Submit weekly operational and performance reports to management.

• Training & Development

  • Mentor and train staff on proper techniques, shop protocols, and customer service standards.

  • Support hiring and onboarding of new back-end employees.

• Health & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

• Inventory & Resource Management

  • Monitor stock levels for materials and tools; coordinate with inventory manager for timely replenishment.

  • Ensure minimal wastage and promote accountability for shop resources.
