Key Responsibilities of Job:
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise, guide, and motivate the back-end team to deliver high-quality work.
Act as a strong leader whom team members respect and follow.
Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks effectively.
Operations Oversight
Oversee all back-end workflows including preparation, installation, and delivery processes.
Coordinate with the front-end team to ensure seamless customer service and job flow.
Monitor workflow to avoid bottlenecks and maintain efficiency.
Quality Control
Perform regular quality checks on all vehicles before delivery.
Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
Problem Solving
Address and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, or performance issues professionally.
Reporting & Accountability
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, team performance, and any incidents.
Submit weekly operational and performance reports to management.
Training & Development
Mentor and train staff on proper techniques, shop protocols, and customer service standards.
Support hiring and onboarding of new back-end employees.
Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Inventory & Resource Management
Monitor stock levels for materials and tools; coordinate with inventory manager for timely replenishment.
Ensure minimal wastage and promote accountability for shop resources.
Who We're Looking For:
A natural leader with strong people management and communication skills.
Minimum [X years] experience in automotive/customization operations or shop supervision (preferred).
