We at OHM Staffing solutions Inc. work closely with well know transportation and logistic providers in the GTA. We are currently hiring full time Logistics Customs clerk for the afternoon shift.

Location: Derry and Airport Road.

Hours : Mon- Fri 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Job Entails:

• Scan and process paperwork from daily city pick-ups.
• Submit customs invoices to brokers and follow up on customs clearance.
• Create and monitor ACE manifests using Smart Border.
• Prepare cross-border paperwork for drivers.
• Prevent border delays by auditing loading manifests and evaluating shipping documents.
• Communicate problems, changes, and delays to drivers, operations team, partner carriers, and customers.
• Analyze current trends of commodity export/import, and make decisions on moves.
