Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
Schedule court dates, mediations, discoveries, and client meetings
Manage and organize case files, documents, and legal binders
Maintain bring-forward and reminder systems to meet deadlines
Coordinate with billing teams to support monthly account preparation
Support lawyers and fellow team members in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, ideally in Labour & Employment law
Graduate of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant program or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; experience with Elite 3E is a plus
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with care
