What are you Responsibilities
- Use TMT daily (shop software) to complete a variety of tasks
- Prepare payroll hours within TMT for the use of the Payroll Department
- Participate in inventory cycle counts
- Work closely with vendor work orders and PO's
- Participate in breakdowns and arranging service calls
- Assist in managing/ordering parts and shop supplies
- Communicate with dispatch to arrange and manage service calls and repairs
- Assist with accounts payables and special projects when assistance is needed
What you need to work at Wolverine
- College or University education is required
- Two to three years of related experience is preferred
- Good foundation of computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
