Position Summary
Lauren Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Calgary office. This in-office role is ideal for someone highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who enjoys helping a dynamic and collaborative team. Youll be essential in keeping our office running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain office organization and ensure supplies, kitchen items, and equipment are well-stocked and orderly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Order, track, and receive office and facility supplies
- Assist with formatting documents, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments
Reception & Coordination
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Support meeting room bookings and maintain visitor logs
- Help with onboarding tasks such as desk setup and welcome materials
Technology & Equipment
- Provide basic support for office equipment and coordinate with external IT providers as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and technology assets
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience in a professional services or technical environment is an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and coordinating with IT support

Additional Details
- Part-Time: ~24 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
