We are looking for someone who is energetic and motivated. That works well in a team and as an individual. Social and able to deliver excellent and friendly customer service.

Position will be made up of blended activities. You will be representing Bow River Brewing in the taproom and at events. You will make sure our taproom is a comfortable place for people to meet and enjoy great beer. Taproom events small and big are your focus area. You will organize parties, special events and community engagements.

Position requirements

• Able to work Wed - Sun
• Have your own transportation.
• Have a valid Proserve
• Having a knowledge and love for Alberta's craft beer industry
• Love to organize events and have attention to detail to make them happen

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the taproom, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage event planning and execution, including budgeting and coordination with vendors.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events and enhance taproom visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and event partners.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
