Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Program Data & Tech Lead to help us analyze, align, and improve our data systems, operational systems, and development projects. This new role will be instrumental in turning cross-departmental data into actionable insights and ensuring that technical development aligns with business needs. You will work closely with our Development, Analytics, and Operations teams to validate development scopes, monitor tech progress, and improve data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Oversee and align technical project progress and scope across departments.
  • Conduct business analysis and data validation to ensure alignment between technical development and business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve data collection, analytics, and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to support internal teams.
  • Monitor deployment performance and project success rates.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, data, or business analysis role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development and project lifecycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas in a business-friendly manner.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a collaborative spirit.
  • Humble, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
