• Daily walkthroughs of our four poultry barns to oversee facilities and birds (checking on birds, making sure they have enough water/feed, making sure the barn environment is in good shape)

• Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues with water and feed systems and equipment, and arranging for repairs

• Undertaking manual and physical labour in barns and on grounds for facilities maintenance

• Helping plan crop rotations and animal nutrition

• Experience working outdoors in a physical labour role (construction, farming, or similar)

• Experience working on a farm is an asset

• Hands-on experience using equipment like small tractors, skid-steers, lawn mowers, or similar

• Valid driver's license

• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in potentiallyextreme temperatures

• Ability and willingness to work with livestock (chickens)
