We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for leading a team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Assist in supervising store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the Store Manager in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including transactions and daily reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in onboarding processes.
• Maintain an organized store environment by ensuring merchandise is displayed properly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• *Experience**
• Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Experience in cash handling and financial transactions is required.
• Familiarity with interviewing techniques and team management practices is beneficial.
