We're seeking an adaptable, inquisitive, and proactive Senior Finance Manager to support a multifaceted investment and holding structure during a 6-month engagement. You'll work across multiple entities, contributing to full-cycle accounting, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong technical finance skills and the mindset to take full ownership in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and reporting across multiple business units, including investco, foundations, subsidiaries, and holding companies.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial processes.
• Support cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and internal controls.
• Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and audits.
• Contribute to financial strategy and support leadership with insights and reporting.
• Participate in process optimization and system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders including consultants and auditors.

TMGCT

• Senior-level finance or accounting experience (preferably within holdco, family office, or multi-entity environments).
• Advanced proficiency with full-cycle accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems—D365 strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in-office 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday).
