We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with over 10 years of experience, ideally in ICI construction, to lead and manage field operations for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven environment, similar to that of a manufacturing facility.

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec

• Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

• Enforce and promote Health & Safety policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards

• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, quality control records, and schedules

• Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays

• Lead site meetings and coordinate trades to maintain workflow and schedule adherence

• Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and municipal authorities

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on large ICI projects

• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and site operations efficiently

• Exceptional communication and client service skills

• Advanced proficiency with construction software and documentation systems

• Demonstrated success working in structured environments, such as manufacturing-style settings

• In-depth knowledge of OHSA and best practices in Health & Safety

• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and available for full-time site presence
