The primary responsibility of Service Agreement Administrator is to manage service agreements from inception to completion. This will be achieved through close working relationships with co-workers, technicians, clients, vendors and other contacts. By responding to internal and external customers, in a prompt, efficient and professional manner; our customers will receive the level of service that has been established and is required to be maintained.
Main Duties:
- Set up of new service agreements in JDE sold in Saskatchewan
- Renew service agreements and complete revisions as required
- Generate and maintain a Preventative Work Order Work in Progress report (WIP Open more than 30 days).
- Schedule Preventative Maintenance visits and ensure timely and proper completion in the field and in JDE
- Work with Service Supervisors and Safety Advisors to ensure safety plans are in place for primary clients sites
- Ensure client satisfaction by initiating Customer Surveys, Client Reviews and external meetings as required
- Provide back up to Primary Dispatch for relief including scheduling appointments for technicians, answering phones and providing appropriate information.
Performance Indicators (Finance Reports):
- Ensure service agreement retention rate is < 8% annually by dollar value
- Gross Margin >30%
- Deferred revenue Report is in line with agreement billings
Employment Requirements:
- Effective Verbal/ Written Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of JD Edwards would be considered an asset.
- Post Secondary Education in Administration or equivalent experience.

- Participate in the achievement of the Corporate, Regional, and Divisional objectives where applicable
- Accurate Monthly Reporting
