The Role
Reporting to the Planner, the Scheduler will play a critical role in supporting the company's business goals by creating and maintaining detailed production schedules. This position ensures that deadlines are met, resources are used effectively, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted upon.

You're a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are passionate about maximizing productivity through efficient planning. Key Responsibilities
•Create, distribute, and modify production schedules
•Track employee attendance and manage vacation requests
•Develop weekly production plans to optimize worker and resource utilization
•Produce and balance work orders effectively
•Use scheduling software to generate accurate reports and schedules
•Identify and implement improvements in scheduling and planning processes
•Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
•Perform other duties as assigned
•Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in scheduling systems and practices
Qualifications
•High School Diploma required
•College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field considered an asset
•Manufacturing experience preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience working with SAGE X3 ERP considered an asset
•Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
