The Opportunity:

Scope of the Position

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team starting in September 2025. Co-Op opportunities are also available. This 6-month placement is ideal for a self-motivated, creative thinker who's passionate about marketing and ready to contribute to meaningful initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership to develop and support social media campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and appreciation programs that reflect the heart of who we are as a company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of social media and marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for social platforms, email campaigns, customer appreciation programs, and our website.
• Help coordinate and manage marketing calendars, promotions, and communications.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, including timelines, approvals, and budgets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports for the marketing team.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative support related to marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A creative, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for marketing.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design and brand storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic marketing principles.
• Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative team environment.

What We Offer:

The target hourly range for this position is $17.85 - $20.00 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
