This is a site-based leadership role, ideal for a driven construction professional with experience managing full-cycle construction projects. You'll be responsible for project planning, financial oversight, quality control, and stakeholder coordination—while ensuring high standards of safety and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution from pre-construction through to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes
- Lead project teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality
- Conduct regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage procurement, contracts, and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, drawings, and specifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in residential and/or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, and budgets
- Skilled in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and resolving challenges on-site
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the Saskatoon area
- CSTS & WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required
