We are working with a well-established, diversified North American construction company to hire a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential new build projects in the Saskatoon region.
This is a site-based leadership role, ideal for a driven construction professional with experience managing full-cycle construction projects. You'll be responsible for project planning, financial oversight, quality control, and stakeholder coordination—while ensuring high standards of safety and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project execution from pre-construction through to completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes
  • Lead project teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality
  • Conduct regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, drawings, and specifications
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, and budgets
  • Skilled in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and resolving challenges on-site
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the Saskatoon area
Additional Requirements:
  • CSTS & WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required
