Position Summary:

The General Manager will oversee the full operations of Boliver Creek Retirement Residence, ensuring high-quality of service and a supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health authority standards.
• Develop and implement care and service policies.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance of suites and common areas.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery.
• Marketing and filling vacancies in the home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field),
• Preferably a minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare or assisted living.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Financial management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for delivering high-quality senior care.
• Sales and marketing experience.
