Join us to take our customer advocacy initiatives to the next level. You will plan and execute impactful programs, create meaningful assets, and champion the voice of our customers across Coveo to drive strategic outcomes.

As our Customer Advocacy Manager, you will:
  • Build, activate, and maintain the vision for customer advocacy at Coveo.
  • Educate and evangelize the value of customer advocacy internally, including to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new formats and sources of advocacy to support our go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive the creation of customer assets such as case studies, videos, testimonials, and reviews.
  • Manage the customer advocacy database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate reference data.
  • Collaborate with teams across Coveo to embed advocacy into initiatives and measure impact on business success.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Experience creating customer stories and advocacy assets.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience with customer advocacy platforms or databases.
  • Direct experience working with sales teams to activate references.
  • Ability to analyze advocacy impact on pipeline and influence business strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
