The Opportunity
Venturis is looking for an organized Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Planned Maintenance Program in your territory, while ensuring that all maintenance contracts are up to date and targets are met or exceeded
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle maintenance requests from internal and external customers
- Communicate with customers to book maintenance services
- Create and distribute maintenance reports
- Provide education to customers on maintenance compliance
- Make recommendations to customers on additional levels of service
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for the Service department and other business units
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous work experience in a similar role, including prior customer service experience
- Post-secondary education in business, operations management, or a related field is a strong asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
