What You'll Do
  • Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions

  • Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care

  • Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service

  • Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals

  • Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads

What You Bring
  • Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred

  • Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service

  • Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance (LLQP)

  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable and solution-focused

What's in It for You?

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • $45,000 base salary during training, base salary dependent on tenured insurance experience

  • Additional $1,000 per license

  • Commission + monthly team bonus + annual bonus

  • Uncapped earning potential – $60,000+ achievable with moderate performance

  • Life commissions (+ bonus opportunities)

  • Commercial commission

  • Monthly team bonus: $150–$500 based on team performance

  • Scorecard bonus (individual + team component)
