As a Fitness Promoter, youll be the face of Orangetheory in the community!
Your job is to spread the word, get people excited about our workouts, and help bring new members into our studio.

- Attend events, set up booths, and represent OTF in the community
- Visit local businesses to drop off swag and promote special offers
- Share the benefits of our science-backed workouts and awesome community
- Collect leads and help get people booked in for their first class
- Be our local hype-person online and in real life!
- Love fitness and live an active lifestyle
- Have a magnetic personality and enjoy talking to people
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and networking
- Want a fun, high-energy side hustle with free sweat sessions
- Are reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
