ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
- Promote and upsell membership packages to customers, emphasizing value and convenience.
- Exceed Guest expectations
- Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems
- Oversee all property aesthetics
- Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds
- Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle
- Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture
- Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Must have good communication skills
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- A winning attitude and great character
- Display self-discipline in setting and meeting goals.
