Tundra Site Services is currently accepting resumes for experienced and safety-focused Water Truck Operators to join a short-term, fly-in/fly-out project in a remote Northern Mine. This is a 3-week assignment starting July 29.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's Licence with Air Brakes (in good standing)
• Experience operating 13 or 18 speed manuals and a licence which allows it
• Previous experience operating Water Trucks or similar (additional Fuel Truck or Vac Truck experience is an asset)
• Ability to work 12hrs/day (dayshift or nightshift) for 3 weeks
• Willingness to run hoses and truck mounted equipment and/or help out as is required to ensure clients feel well supported
• Good attitude, attention to detail, safety focussed

Fly-in/fly-out charter pickup points: Yellowknife and Edmonton. If you require travel to connect to one of these locations, please provide further detail about your current location.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Water Truck in a remote mining environment
- Perform dust control and road spraying duties as required
- Complete and maintain accurate driver logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of the truck
- Report mechanical issues, incidents, or hazards promptly to dispatch
- Comply with all site-specific safety policies and procedures
