Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an agency or creative team, including leadership of campaigns or visual direction.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptually driven design across multiple formats and mediums.
- Continually seek new and better ways to do things through technology and innovation, which includes but isnt limited to AI.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, or other industry leading creative and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, curious, and flexible mindset you bring solutions, not just questions.
- Passion for creative culture, continuous improvement, and delivering work that makes an impact.
Primary Objective for this Position
The Art Director blends conceptual thinking with sharp execution, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and is eager to take full ownership of their work. This role goes beyond design direction its about being a strategic, creative leader who sees the bigger picture and steps up to bring ideas to life in powerful, unexpected ways.
Under the guidance of the Creative Director, you lead visual direction across a range of client projects and work collaboratively with writers, strategists, developers, and account teams. The Art Director not only guides great creative but also drives it someone who sees a challenge and takes it as an opportunity to push further, smarter, better.
Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day will evolve, but core duties include:
- Lead concept development and visual direction for multi-channel campaigns from digital to print, branding to experiential.
- Translate strategy and briefs into compelling creative executions that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, creativity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate requests and provide clear, constructive art direction and mentorship to designers and creative partners.
- Present creative work to internal teams and clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic grounding.
- Take initiative in identifying creative opportunities, solving problems, and improving processes.
- Stay ahead of design trends, industry tools, and cultural movements to inform and elevate your work.
