Spence Diamonds was founded in 1978 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are proudly the leading diamond specialty concept in North America.

Our we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as an Inventory Coordinator, Contract. This is temporary 3-month contract to provide coverage support.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort and distribute inventory
• Replenish inventory
• Liaison between the Manufacturing Studio and 8 Spence store locations
• Assist with inquiries and incoming work orders
• Data entry and management
• Daily shipment preparation
• Assist with other stations when necessary
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties

Requirements

• Highly organized and efficient with time
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work within a team setting
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in jewelry industry is an asset but not necessary

Compensation

• $21 per hour
