We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, maintaining online presence, and creating eye-catching promotional materials to support property listings, company events, and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report on performance metrics

  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance visibility

Website & Online Presence

  • Regularly update listings, blog posts, and events on the company website

  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented for better search rankings

  • Coordinate with IT or developers for technical website updates as needed

Graphic Design & Print Materials

  • Design and update digital and print marketing materials including:

    • Property brochures & flyers

    • Postcards for direct mail campaigns

    • Event invitations and signage

    • Branded materials (banners, business cards, etc.)

  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Assist agents and brokers with listing promotion materials

  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of print marketing

  • Help plan and promote open houses, community events, and client appreciation events

  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (logos, images, templates, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools

  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

  • Knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
