Role: Oracle Functional Analyst
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Human Resources, Procurement or Finance.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration to support long term system and business process sustainability within a SaaS application.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in the fields of Human Resources, Finance and/or Procurement. SaaS Implementation experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in proper prioritization of assigned activities or tasks. Describe your approach to managing your time through proper prioritization of activates. Identify what inputs (sources of information) and check and balance you apply to ensure proper prioritization
  • Experience in documenting existing business processes and developing new business processes to support the implementation of new technical solutions
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements
  • Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French would be an asset.
